This accessible yoga practice DOES NOT REQUIRE:
getting down or up off the floor

Been trying to get a regular practice going but just can’t quite do it?
Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced returning practitioner Katherine is happy to support you on your journey.
*Each class meditation is recorded and students are given links to listen to mediations to support their practice.
First-class is 60 minutes, after that each class can be 45 or 30 minutes.
All classes are via Zoom.
