Gentle Yoga

Try Katherine’s “Chair Yoga For Inner and Outer Balance”. Purchase and download it by clicking the button below.

A gentle yoga practice for building glute, hip, core, back, and shoulder strength, and flexibility. The practice opens with a Tibetan yogic breath practice for balancing the mind.

This accessible yoga practice DOES NOT REQUIRE:

  • getting down or up off the floor

  • weight on knees or wrists.

    All classes offered in person or via Zoom

  • Been trying to get a regular practice going but just can’t quite do it?

    Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced returning practitioner Katherine is happy to support you on your journey.

    *Each class meditation is recorded and students are given links to listen to mediations to support their practice.

    First-class is 60 minutes, after that each class can be 45 or 30 minutes.

  • Need one-on-one guidance navigating an injury or starting a regular practice? A weekly session with Katherine will help you discover a regular practice that brings your body-mind into balance.

    Styles of yoga offered:

    Tibetan Heart Yoga, Hatha, Hatha Flow, Chair Yoga, and Gentle.
